Success fee · 5%
A fee applies only to outright sale deals: 5% of the amount, on a separate invoice after the deal. The platform charges no fee on investment rounds. The rate is fixed per listing and shown at the submission step. Terms and procedure — in the listing rules.
Online payment for plans is coming later; for now — by invoice via chat with an administrator. The platform never accepts payments for deals.
